If you have visited the Korean grocery stores in the states, you probably have seen the bunch of light yellowish sheets from the frozen section. That's the fish cake from Korea. The eomuk is a good alternate source of protein. Koreans use the eomuk in many different ways, such as side dishes, soup, snacks, main dishes, etc. In this video, the eomuk is used as the main ingredient for the seaweed roll, called gimbap.
